SCA WA – Strata Community Association WA
Strata Community Association WA is an affiliate representing Strata Community Association in Western Australia. Strata Community Association (SCA) is the peak national body for the strata sector in Australia, representing strata management professionals as well as businesses that service strata schemes and owners of strata-titled properties.
Rebuild Group is a Corporate Strata Services Member of SCA WA which provides us with a wealth of information on the strata sector in general as well as valuable, best-practice knowledge pertaining to working on strata properties. Our SCA membership, together with our considerable experience undertaking building and repair works across all manner of strata properties, make us well positioned to competently handle the unique challenges presented by working on multi-titled properties. Rebuild Group has successfully completed building and repair works relating to insurance claims on everything from apartments, townhouses and retirement villages through to commercial offices, factory units and shopping centres.
